Need new up-to-date conversion milege/points table
 

Does anyone have a current mileage/points transfer table showing the conversions for milege/point options?

Starwood doesn't allow transferring miles into their program, but for transferring points to miles, here is the link:

You can transfer points into Starwood via American Express Membership Rewards and Diners Club Rewards.

And you can move AA and UA miles into Diners Club.

Another useful laundering tool is Amtrak Guest Rewards. You can transfer Continental and Midwest Miles into Amtrak points. And you can transfer Amtrak points into Continental, Midwest, United, and Hilton.
