Actually, yes, it has happened and does happen.

But as I'm sure you're aware, metadiscussion of board policies really isn't appropriate discussion for the MilesBuzz forum, which is about the latest frequent flyer program buzz.

And since this post really isn't about miles or points (or piles and moints, for that matter), I'm going to close it.
