Who is this?
Anyone else get this?
Dear Valued Guest: On behalf of a leading hotel company, I would like to invite you to participate in a survey regarding your attitudes on and usage of hospitality loyalty programs - those programs that allow you to accrue points, miles special status and other rewards when you stay at their hotels. For your participation, you will receive 20,000 loyalty program points in a leading hotel company's frequent guest program. This is enough points for 1 free night with a 5 star hotel at properties worldwide. This survey is not being sent for promotional purposes. All information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential. Survey results are viewed in the aggregate; individual responses are not identified. The survey should take approximately 40 minutes to complete. To take the survey and receive your compensation, please click on: Thank you for your time. Can't be Hilton, because 20k often gets you a 3 star property. Might be Hyatt, because 18k is usually their upper end. Priority Club would be 25-30k a night I think. I don't know enough about Starwood to make a qualified guess, but I'd say they're big money, so likely to pay for a survey.

Actually, Anil Kaul as recently as a couple of months ago was working for United Airlines MileagePlus customer relations desk. I'm not sure if she still does or not, but she may.

I took a chance and completed the survey...it's Hyatt. We'll see if the points actually show up in my account.

Not some spammer The bad thing is one might never receive the points and you can't even complain to the program that is sponsoring the survey if you don't know who is responsible. Is is Hyatt for sure? It took me forever to get the Yatt itt points bonus |

JL, at survey's end, did it say when you might expect the points to show up?
It seemed like a very professional and legitimate survey, and never asked me for any personal information. I'll be pleasantly surprised if they actually show up. |

Since it's now clear this is Hyatt specific and is being discussed in the Hyatt forum I'll close it here in MilesBuzz.
