Idine Hotel Bookings - FF Points as well as Hotel Points?

Idine Hotel Bookings - FF Points as well as Hotel Points?
I just booked my first hotel reservation with Idine in NYC. Since this is a smaller boutique type hotel, I am glad to get AA points through Idine. I have notice that large chain hotels like Marriott also show up on the Idine Hotel search pages. For example, in Baltimore the Renaissance Harbor Hotel shows up! Does anyone know if I book a chain hotel through Idine, if I get both my FF points and my Marriott points?
