Free ticket from 10 years ago
 

When I was living in Hong Kong 10 years ago, I won a door prize at a party... it was a free return economy class ticket from Hong Kong to a major European city. I ended up moving to the USA before I was able to use it. I still have the letter from the airline stating that I was entitled to the trip. There is no expiration noted on it. How do you think I should approach the airline in asking for a ticket?
