FF mileage Expedia
 

Will a flight which is UAL flight 2221 "operated by US Airways" and booked on expedia indeed allow me to collect miles on UAL ?

I have not used expedia before and can not get this itinerary booked directly with the airlines and also need miles on UAL not US Airways.

Yep, you should earn full UA miles.

Ensure you give you UA MP number when you book and reconfirm with United Reservations after it's booked that they have your number in the system. I would be sure to keep your boarding passes until the mileage is properly credited.
