Milepoint.com: having trouble adding a ff program?
 

Milepoint.com is a service where you can buy magazine subscriptions using miles. They also sell discounted cruises.

I'm trying to add a program to get rid of orphan miles. It keeps saying wrong zip code. I e-mailed them and they said that the airline's record of my address must be exactly the same as milepoint. The trouble is that it is exactly the same (abbreviated the same, "Ave" with no period, everything is the same).
