Which is best choice to place miles
 

I am new to this so here goes my question. I currently live in the Middle East. Abu Dhabi. I am taking a flight from auh to lax on SQ return. My question is where should I put my miles? I am Delta silver and I can bank the miles but no medallion points. I have about 100,000 on Delta I can put them towards USAir but what would I get out of it? About 45,00 on USAir. I can get a SQ card? I figure with this trip it should earn something like 25,000 miles. So it is a substantial amount. I am not sure who else I can apply the miles.
