SEA has ended ID stupidity!
 

I flew out of SEA a few days ago and they were not checking ID at the gate.

They said that as it's checked at checkin and at the TSA checkpoint, it's not necessary to do it again at the gate. (Well "der" ... anyone with more intelligence than a house brick knows that. About time the TSA and the airlines finally worked it out.)

As the old saying goes, better late than never.

Same refreshing change in CLE,DTW,ORD...must be contagious!

I'm going to move this to the Travel Safety/Security forum, since it isn't miles and points related....
