Why cant CHECKMYTRIP.COM get their class right?????

cant see where I am really supposed to ask this question-but
I think www.checkmytrip.com is a fantastic service BUT

why. when you are booked in business does it say "coach" and when in real international first it states "business" BUT the seat numbers are correct????
why cant they get their head/bytes around the reality that there IS a real FIRST -3 class service in this world!!

No worries, tinkybelle. I can actually see where this question would cause some confusion as to its proper forum.

It's pretty clearly not discussion of the ;atest frequent flyer program buzz, and hence not really right for this forum (MilesBuzz).

However, it could arguably go in either Online Booking and Bidding or TravelBuzz.

The former forum is for discussion of online travel sites, although http://www.checkmytrip.com isn't really a booking site (although it's linked to the CRS Amadeus) and it certainly isn't a bidding site.

As a result, I will humbly, and with apologies to the forum's moderator, move the question over to TravelBuzz. You may follow the topic there.
