I have some medical supplies that I have to get there fast, what about people leaving for cabo on the SFO to SJD flight, anyone flying?
Any ideas on expedited shipping to cabo san lucas?

If its that kind of emergency, I'd call AS and see what they can do. No matter how good your intentions or necessity, I doubt anyone wants to carry medical supplies or anything else where they aren't familiar with the contents and purpose, etc.
