It looks like they're doing these in bulk. I got mine on the 17th also.

I kept getting a message that my account had already answered the survey, but there weren't any priority points posted. I talked to the Priority club 800 people yesterday and they made a 250 point adjustment, since they couldn't figure out why I was getting the message, but had no points posted

On Jan.18 I got a confo email promising points within 4 weeks.
Feb. 15 I called--no points yet, so the rep. gave me a 250-point 'adjustment.'
Feb. 17 I got the points automatically. So now I have 2 chunks http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif.

I DID do this survey and so when I just tried to do it again, I got this:
