Using Points at Baltimore Marriott Waterfront
 

I'm a Marriott Silver trying to use 25K points for a Sunday (wedding) night at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel in November, 2003. I got refused at the 1-800-MARRIOTT number. Next, I called MR customer service at 801-468-4000. The CSR called the hotel but was unable to make headway. He said that they just gave him a general response that there were no rewards rooms left. Does anyone have any advice on any other methods to make this reservation happen or am I SOL? This is my first time trying to redeem for a Marriott hotel reward. I had similar problems w/ HHonors, which is the reason I switched to Marriott in the first place. Kind of ironic, huh?
