Miles/Points for new PC purchase
 

Anyone aware of a way to get miles or points for buying a new PC? (Obviously buying it on a credit card earning miles/points.) Just wondering if there are any offers/deals I may be missing.

Amazon may have these too. be sure to check if shipping is NOT charged for larger orders (but you still earn miles for the savings, so let US Air know if they try to deduct what the shipping amount would have been when using the bonus bar, and they will)./

Also, you MAY be able to find gift certificates on giftcertificates.com, which you can then use on the above sites and still get miles since a gift cert counts in most cases as purchasing...

You can get AA miles for purchase of a Dell computer throught airmilesmart.com. However it is at the low rate of 1 mile/$5. Also you need to accumulate at least 500 airmilemart points to get 500 miles. You can also buy AA gift certificates through this site to earn 1 mile/$1.

Milesource offers two "miles" per dollar at Dell and Buy.com. Milespree offers one "mile" per dollar spent at Dell, Buy.com, and circuitcity.com.

I purchased one at Office Max through the NW Worldperks Mall. Ended up with 19,600 miles due to double miles promo. Right now it's at 6 miles per dollar spent. They don't have a large selection, but had what I was looking for.
