It has been awhile but I seem to recollect for 150K flew Concorde to LHR and onward in BA First to Africa and Asia on many occasions. Also, the airlines were throwing miles at us with lower redemption levels.

While I didn't book it, I did have the following OneWorld Award on hold (330,000 AAdvantage Miles) in (mostly) F.

JFK-NRT-CTS-KIX-PEK-HKG-PER-AYQ-MEL-SYD-AKL-SCL-EZE-GRU-LHR-JFK
