Avoid British Airways at all costs
 

I am now through with British Airways. They have no ability to deal with even the slightest problem. If there is a delay, you're on your own. The food was inedible and I couldn't even identify where the eggs were on a breakfast plate. They shouldn't even try to make bacon at 35,000 feet. The business class beds are a joke, in some ways MORE crowded than economy since the window passenger is trapped. The staff were uniformly rude and unfriendly. The economy seats are very small and the flights are full. If you took away their government subsidy, they would long since have been out of business. On some routes there is absolutely no chance of getting award seats, which I believe is fraud. I recommend avoiding at all costs.
