If you could fix an airline by working for them...
 

...which one would it be?
I sometimes think I have a few good ideas on how they SHOULD do a few things to make it easier to make the customers happy. I still hold onto a fading ideal that doing this will somehow generate cash. Hey, the first guy in the bussiness had a passion for flying and then tried to sell it as a service. Can we go back?

What would you do to make the airlines better for us to like them more and which one would you work for/help?
