Are there any other Debit / Bank cards out there for miles besides the BofA / Alaska one?

Citibank AAdvantage

Chase has Continental debit card. (But I personally don't like Chase).

Edited to add that US Bank has a Northwest debit/check card, too.

I recommend the Citi AAdvantage debit card. I'm very pleased with the online interface, and the bonus offer certainly makes obtaining it and paying the annual fee more bearable.

I like USBank's Northwest WorldPerks Check Card.

Bank One debit card with United

I got a mailing for this, but can't find any info anywhere online about it. However, the local branch had information on it.
