Now that AwardPlanner.com is no longer performing the award assistance service, is there another service out there that can help? AwardPlanner did an amazing job. It is tedious and often fruitless to work the phones directly.

There was a recent article that La Donna Epler, who helped me with my Athens Olympics tickets when she was part of the award planner staff, was still providing that service on her own. Take a look at this:
