What date is the switch to winter time in Europe?

Specifically, Germany? We're returning from FRA on the 20th and I want to get my extra hour of sleep if that's the date.
I hope this is the right place to post my first topic!

In Germany,DST ends on Sunday, October 27, 2002

Fo those precise folks it ends at 3:00:00 AM on Sunday, local daylight time
