From what I could understand of that thread, it looked like someone got all worried about something that didn't happen. Surely, they would announce a change like that first.

i use UA chase when i went to school last year, you can 25,000 or 21,000 miles for new card, no annual, also double miles on tuition using the card, then 10,000 bonues when graduation time, easy 40,000 miles for my senior year using that card

Post #14 suggests that MR-HA-HH may be dead. This wouldn't mean that HA-HH is dead, but these programs could change at any time.

Anyway, looks like OPs original goal is to get free trips out of it so I'll drop it.

Sorry, I guess I read the posts out of order - I asked for clarification on the other thread. Mahalo for bringing up this issue. I have about 30,000 MR points that I was planning to transfer this way when I got to a nice even number. :(

Wow should have told my parents that'd have been over 100K miles just for my Junior year and then another 50K senior year!
