DELTA/MCI OVER

Did I miss the topics in Delta and MCI forums?

On Delta's site today it says that no new sign ups after today August 31 and no miles earned after Feb 2003.

When was this topic discussed or posted?

And apparently, the UA site no longer shows MCI -- although MCI still shows UA.

And I got one of those 'disguised' MCI offers as recently as 1-2 weeks ago. (I say disguised, because except for a return address on the back it looks like it's from United.) I've been getting 3-6 of these a year. I won't mind not receiving them any more!

I think they were a little sneaky posting this around August 31 (literaly) mentioning no more signups as of August 31!
