Any comment to UA is clearly better than none. But I respectfuly disagree with Randy that any form letter from Charlie Johnson will get anywhere - unless he mentions to the brass he got 500 emails etc. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

He is the 'answer person' for all USA based 1Ks it seems that use the 1k email line and "Charlie's" canned responses are a bit of a laughing point on the UA board. And have been for 6 months. (I always get Lucy M .. she may handle non USA 1Ks perhaps?)

There is a special 1K website Bulletin Board now set up by a FT'er, and those here could do far worse than add their names and comments to it as it is hoped to draw UA's attention to it when a little more utilised:
