Paypal and credit card question
 

If I use my credit card thru paypal to send money to a friend, is it considered cash advance or regular purchase?

It's a purchase, but Paypal will deduct a small % as a fee.

Typically very close to 3% (2.9% + $0.35 for most transactions).
