Continental Miles?

Hello As i fly to Portugal via EWR on Continetal Airlines 757-200 I would like to travel First Class or Business or at least get a free ticket from accumulating enough miles. As i do only travel there about once per year in the summer I would like to know if there is a credit card for Continental Airlines that gives you miles with every purchase you make. With accumulating enough miles which to Lisbon from EWR is 3,8xx miles can we only travel in coach for the free ticket or can we Travel on First, Business?
If anyone has any details to this Please post. Thank you all in advance.

Standard Roundtrip Coach Class 50,000
Standard Roundtrip Northwest World Business Class 80,000
Standard Roundtrip First Class/ BusinessFirst 100,000
EasyPass Roundtrip Coach Class 100,000
EasyPass Roundtrip Northwest World Business Class 160,000
EasyPass Roundtrip First Class/ BusinessFirst 200,000

Those are the awards for miles on Continental and Northwest (they operate together as far as mileage awards go).

You'll need to charge at least 50K per year to claim a coach seat.

Chase Manhattan Bank offers credit and debit cards which allow you to accrue and use miles on Northwest or Continental as reflected above.
