Help! Need advice for ticket from Singapore --> Sydney

Does anyone know of any good travel agents or consolidators that offer cheap round-trip tickets from Singapore to Sydney? All I've been offered so far is a fare of $1000! Thanks for your help ...

Try www.tiss.com. Fares in march include:
(Canadian Dollars), to get U.S. dollars, divide by 1.5, to get Singapore dollars divide by 1.1
CAD 495 Alitalia
CAD 598 Malaysian Airline System
CAD 794 Singapore Airlines
CAD 817 Qantas Airways

Ring British Airways or Qantas in Singapore + 65 839 7788 (most important do not call them in the US - you will be quoted a much higher fare). There is a big fare sale going on in the region right now, e.g. on BA SIN-SYD-SIN SGD$599 (cheap as chips when you convert to USD). Also, don't bother with any of the internet booking services as BA & QF do not publish these prices out through the normal channels - make sure that you check you can get ff credit for the fares.

Blonde Bomber: Thanks for your advice - I've tried Tiss a number of times in the past. Unfortunately, they only seem to have fares up to March now, but I've e-mailed them so hopefully they can come up with something for me!

MGM: Thanks a lot - I'll give them a call and I'll let you know if anything comes of it!

Thanks a lot!

Go to the Spy Travel network and Click on

Dear Leroy

I suggest you first try www.travel.com.au and ask them what airfares they have (also use their search engine).

After this scoot over to

This is a website with many useful links to places where you can find cheap fares.

cheers Peter
