Is a Hard Rock Hotel FF program in the future?

Existing hotels: Bali, Chicago, Hollywood, Fl., Las Vegas, Orlando, Pattaya, San Diego, Tampa, Madrid.

Coming soon: Biloxi 2007, New York 2007, Copper Mountain (Colorado?) 2009, Palm Springs 2009, Macau 2009.

I THINK when the Seminole Tribe of Florida bought the chain for $965 million last December, included were all of the hotels EXCEPT Las Vegas and San Diego. (Correct me if I'm wrong).

I know some of these properties are joint ventures; nonetheless, aren't they big enough now to have their own FF program?

Thoughts and / or comments?

The one in Vegas is not part of the deal, Not sure about any others.
The two here in FL with casinos already have their own Slot club which has alot of monthly coupons and drawings attached, and high room rates. I would think that they would expand on the same club that they have now.

It would be cool if they then had a Hard Rock Cafe credit card which gave extra bonus points for staying at their hotels or eating at their restaurants around the world. We have a nice large Hard Rock Cafe on the second floor of the Duty Free Shoppers store (south end, intersection of Beach Road and Garapan Street) on Saipan.

Some, though not all HR's, participate in iPrefer. Though not a points/status driven program, does provide a level of bene's, UPG's, free internet, etc. You can see more at

Choice Hotels' Choice Privileges program allows US members to redeem points for award stays at Preferred Hotels & Resorts...

http://www.choicehotels.com/ires/en-...GPHotelRewards

One of the properties is the Hard Rock Hotel in Chicago, requiring 40,000 points per night.

If you are interested in this program note that Diners Club Mastercard is somewhat better for earning Choice points than the Choice Privileges VISA, except when staying at Choice properties. The CP VISA earns two points per dollar, but Diners points convert 1250:3000 or 2.4 per dollar.

<< The tribe already has plans to expand the business, with the number of Hard Rock hotels to grow to 15 in the next three to four years >>

There is the All-Access cluib, but I don't think that hotels are included.

Bumping this because they FINALLY did it. “Unity by Hard Rock.” It includes, hotels, casino play, and cafes; but not all of their properties are participating, I think...because of the complex/differing ownership status of some of them.

Any thoughts ?

More specifics:

[Annual] Unity Tiers: Cut-offs of $4K and $15K annual spend between the first three tiers (Star, Legend, Icon); fourth tier (X) is invitation only. One tier credit per dollar spent; separate variable rates for casino gaming. Resets every calendar year.

Unity Points: Earn 3 Unity Points per dollar spent, or 1 Unity Point for non-gaming spend at casinos, and separate variable rates for casino gaming. They are worth a penny a point, so essentially a 3% rebate at the Cafés.

Points expire without activity every six months!

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Hard Rock International says its forthcoming Las Vegas hotel will open in 2025.

The announcement came toward the bottom of a press release issued this week touting the results of a guest satisfaction study for 2022.

"Looking ahead, Hard Rock also recently announced property expansion in Las Vegas, set to open in 2025, and Athens in 2026," the press release states.
