What to do with those upgrades on AA???
 
I've got 16 upgrades in my AA account but I'm no longer a Gold ff. Anyone have any ideas about how I can use, redeem or even sell them without buying (gasp) full fare tickets?

If you mean earned upgrades, AA will convert them to miles for you 1 EU = 2,500 miles.

Nope, they were not earned but purchased for miles, lots of miles. I'd be happy just to have the miles back but I don't seem to be able to get any help from AA with it.
