What best sites for last minute deals? HURRY!
 
Title really says it. Poor weather means Christmas ski trip in the east is bagged. Looking for alternatives for a this friday or Saturday departure. Varied destinations considered. Origin, RDU, destination unknown. Family friendly a plus.

What sites or agencies do other FT'ers seek out when presented with such chaos? Travelocity's "last minute deals" look like rack rates to me.

I know I can get air at hotwire, etc, but wondering if anyone here knows where unclaimed packages are disposed of...
