3 - LH Senator, BA Gold, AF/KLM Silver

LH/BA - Ground handling in general (First class check-in, elite security lines, lounge access independent of airline)
AF/KLM - Elite flight bonuses


3. Have you achieved life-time elite status in any program? (Yes, No)

No

4. Have you successfully asked a frequent flyer program to match your elite status in another program? (Yes, No, Haven't tried)

Yes

Access to E+ (this is UA, of course).


3. Have you achieved life-time elite status in any program? (Yes, No)
No. My best shot would have been TWA, but they went belly-up.


4. Have you successfully asked a frequent flyer program to match your elite status in another program? (Yes, No, Haven't tried)
Yes, twice. CO matched my TW status, and UA matched my CO status.
