Open letter to Adam Burke, Hilton lurker -- Adam your presence at FT is sorely missed. Recently you've been paged on several boards on several different threads and you've not appeared. Now, FT'ers are taking bets on whether you'll ever respond to these inquiries. If you can't find the time to answer, perhaps you can designate an assistant. Thanks.

If he can/wants to respond to such pages he would have done it on the Hilton forum.

Why do you feel you can waste so many peoples time and space by posting here?

At least phrase you question in a mileage format!

2400, Contrary to what others may think, I believe that a public call to Adam, and all FT lurkers, is an appropriate use of this forum. Thanks for taking the initiative.

I agree this should be in the Hilton forum.

It appears that there are some seem to think that Adam Burke's job is to respond to every post on these boards.
I believe his title is Senior Director, Marketing Hilton HHonors Worldwide

The FT e-mail address was put in place for people to contact the HHonors centre directly with SPECIFIC problems/questions but some here expects a response to questions like "when is the next 50K bonus promo etc."

I have had 3 (one very long standing with HHonors) problems resolved promptly and to my satisfaction by taking to time to e-mail [email protected]
