Is there any way to transfer miles between HHonors accounts?

You can combine 2 accounts (to one account). I think it's called "Mutual Account" at Hilton.

You better post your question on the Hilton board.

I am using HH as my concentration account.

Building partner miles in my UA and DL accounts to get them up to 5000 in order to transfer to HH. Also signed my wife up got 1000 for joining plus 2 - 1000 mile profile updates for this quarter, she will end up with 5000 orphan Delta miles which will transfer into 10,000 miles in our Mutual Fund Account

Bottom line is three useless balances in FF programs plus quirks of Hilton's Program should end up with at leat 33,000 hotel points from orphan points.

I am not a pro I have learned all of this by reading this board.

PS - Hilton is quite touchy on their Mutual Fund Account - They wanted a copy of the Marraige certificate. Settled for a voided check. The general consensus is if both partners are frequent travelers it doesn't make sense, however if one is an occaisonal traveler the points can be concentrated where they can do you good

My understanding is that you can not combine existing accounts, but can have a joint account. In other words, you can add your spouse to your account so the stays by each of you cumulate in a single account.

I believe Starwood will let spouses merge accounts.

Lemonthrower...I was just reading the Hilton rules, and the way I understand it, if a person has more than one acct., they can be combined. If two married folk each have an account, they can be combined under their "Mutual Fund" plan, whatever that is. Jean

Got it done:

Set up new account for wife 1000 Points
Updated her Profile 1000 Points
Updated her Profile again 1000 Points

Sent required documentation to Hilton

+ 3000 Points to my account

2 new diamond cards - One in each name

Probably should have waited till I needed the extra points that were in her account,(+ 2000 per quarter by just updating the profile) but I wanted she and the kids to have Diamond status when they were using an award stay for Easter Week
