Do I call my ticketed airline? And what is the wording I ask for?

STPC is the wording. I think whether you get one really depends on the airline as few offer it anymore?

i have got it with BA, AF, EK, and a few others, if i were you i would go to the Transfer desk or the Biz Check in once u r there and ask them for directions to the hotel;i am sure u will get it.
