New oneworld website
 

The new oneworld website is finally up and running. I thought something was up, when this morning I went there, and it was moved to a temp server. It's at the same address: www.oneworldalliance.com

Thanks burkey - I was looking at it (the old one-page site) earlier today and wondering when they would put the new one up...

Out of interest in where the alliances house their web sites I tried a traceroute for both major alliances. The Star Alliance web site returns a location at SAS in Copenhagen. I could not get as clear a response for One World although the last identifiable node was with Telstra in Sydney, so perhaps Qantas has that responsibility.

The OneWorld site is produced by a company in Australia. It is not done in-house by any of the partners.

There is also a UK mirror site.

PS: Bab's told me what a mirror site is. Oh so clever.
