Other hints and tricks?....

VERY useful tool. Other airlines should take note.

It's hard to fathom but Aeroplan (AC) had a 7-day function for future availability both for Departures and Return on their Trial Enhanced Booking engine last week for a few days that was really good but then mysteriously it disappeared over the weekend and it's back to searching day-by-day. If it's reintroduced it'll be on FT Air Canada as soon as someone discovers it. It was very, very good and one of the few good things they've done recently.

NO WAY! then would could see what a sham the whole FF reward travel program actually is...

they'd like to keep us in the dark as long as possible so we don't start b*tching about "capacity controls"

take a look at EWR/PHX on that site for 6 days around Thanksgiving... ZIP, zero for a standard coach reward... I'm *soooo* glad they did away w/ blackout dates... NOT!

Me too. Since I just got done booking a wbc for travel to/from lgw in May on the weekends. Prior to this year those days were a blackout date. Now.....not

So I guess no one knows of any other sites like the one listed at the top?

Yeah, there's one for UA. Do a search in the UA forum.

BA lets you check a month at a time on their web site. So I did and called to ask why it is they do not have a single seat available in any class of service from April through the end of the year between London and Bangkok.

I am waiting for them to get back to me...

I logged into the website in the intial post, and viewed multiple different flight scenarios possibilities for a routing on NW out of COS. Maybe I am reading the results wrong, but I don't recall a single two or three segment, one-way itinerary over the entire period which had available reward seats on all segments for an itinerary.

Thanks this website rocks!

no blackout dates is great...i wish there are others like this.

I am an occassional traverer and I've given up on the airlines. I'm switching to a cash rebate card. This sort of visibility just confirms my decision.

FWIW, this was discussed earlier at:

And more of these, especially with international flights available, would be great, IMHO!
