UA's system keeps the perk a big more exclusive - flying 1MM is a heckuva lot harder than accruing 2MM from all sources - but the side effect is that AA miles are worth a bit more in the "secondary market" than anything else. I didn't start flying on UA before the other year and have about 250K BIS miles. I have probably already crossed 1MM UA MP miles, however, due to all promotions that UA has run in the last two years. |

American, by far
they are the most user-friendly when it comes to booking award trips. We have used them on several occasions to book anywhere from 7 to 11 award tickets for a family vacation. United is a much greater hassle & you can forget Delta.

I like UA first and then AA second. The best part of M+ over AAdvantage for me is 120,000 mile F award on SQ to Asia (from N America). Using AAdvantage, I would need 135,000 miles. Both awards are just as hard to get in my opinion, and I prefer SQ over CX slightly, so I like M+ a little more.
