Incident on Spirit Airlines
 

A friend told me at a cocktail party this afternoon that his Spirit Airlines flight between West Palm and Atlantic City just after New Year's made an unscheduled landing in Myrtle Beach. A passenger was arrested, everyone was deplaned, the aircraft was searched, and everyone was required to pass through security again. A flight attendant told my friend that the suspect passed a "suicide note" to a crew member.
