More direct flights/competition
 

Jaws43... you made a good point about lack
of competition at Houston. Well, we East Coasters don't have it much better in NYC with a few giant airlines controlling all the gates at JFK and LAG (Newark to a lesser extent.)

So I say there should be more discount carriers allowed to take a short at the NYC
market. They can try Newark or one of the smaller airports (Southwest, are you listening?)

Then maybe the big guys will start doing stuff to keep us, their most frequent flyers.

Also: More direct flights, I know Chicago
O'Hare and Denver's airport megamall so well
I see myself in my sleep dashing to make
close connections there. I know those airports better than Newark! CATMAN
