ow and/or open jaw awards
I think I saw that AS offers ow awards. Do any other FFP? Do any of them offer open jaw awards?
thank you. |
Natalie, almost all N. American FF programs offer open-jaw awards for the same # of points as a regular return. Some allow a choice of an open-jaw or a stopover (US, DL, AC), but only AA allows both on the same rewAArd.
As for overseas airlines, Qantas awards are all on a one-way basis. I hear that BA & KL/AF also do one-ways. |

BA Executive Club has one-way awards too -- on itself and most other partner airlines -- at half the price of the roundtrip award level.
CX Asia Miles has one-way award options but they are generally lower than the roundtrip mile distance but more than 50% of the roundtrip cost. BD Diamond Club has one-way award options at half the cost of the roundtrip award. Those are the programs that I know to have one-way awards that are at a significant discount from the roundtrip award price in miles. |
