Double miles until when?
 

All the big airlines have double mile promotions going on. They started off running through November 15th. Here's the current status on the airlines I know about.

Promotions extended through December 15

• Delta (double miles qualify toward elite status!)
• USAirways
• American
• Northwest

Promotions still through November 15 only[*]Continental (double miles qualify toward elite status!)

• United
• TWA

When did these extensions start happening? Are United and TWA bound to follow?

It seems like Delta extended theirs at least a week ago. Today was the first time I noticed USAirway's extension, though.

Is this already on another thread?

United extended theirs when they announced the low cost domestic fares.

Is the Continental extension official? The website still reads Nov. 15.

No discussion of an extension to December 15 on the Continental board...

Based on the information given in aa.com under "special offers," it looks like twa is included in the time extension as well.

Maybe I went blind. I could have sworn it said December 15 yesterday, for Continental.
