10,000 free Delta seats to NYC

Just heard on CNN, announced by Rudolf Gulliani,Delta will provide 10,000 free seats though radio contests, and their website, to NYC. Wonder if ya get miles too!!! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

I wonder if this was the "big news" that Delta was supposed to be announcing on 10/1/01.

The wild speculation of a DL takeover of CO reminded me of the circa 1969 man who calculated that the moon was going to crash into the earth. He killed himself. He made a math error.
