Rather than give $5B to companies that would just eat it, I would rather the Air Force activated the CRAF and have the airlines get the money from what are essentially charter operations. That keeps aircraft and crews employed......

How much of the $15 Billion is to cover the 45% pay raises the pilots just got at UA,AA,DL and CO.?
