Why I will never use Orbitz again
 

I found a great deal (web special)on Orbitz tonight, $200.00 less that all the travel agents I spoke with. I set up a profile and then attempted to purchase a ticket for my sister to attend a family wedding in Montreal. However, after clicking purchase, I didn't receive a comformation number but an error message which ended by asking me to try again later. Instead, I called Orbitz and was greeted by a recording which said because of high call volume please call us back after 8pm. BUT!! I called them after midnight. After the recording ended their phone system hung up on me. Needless to say it was a very frustrating experience. I will continue to use Orbitz to search but not to purchase. The interesting thing is the exact same flights were $6.00 more on continentals site, which worked and allowed me to purchase the ticket. Goodbye Orbitz!
