Using all miles on NW now what?

using all my miles that ive earned with nw, i have no status on nw. i have 10K+ on ua, which is the only one i have anything on. based out of grb. thinking of changing programs. any suggestions. will make status next year. 3 transatlantic trips and a couple hops to xna, rap and las.

Now, you should post this in the NWA World Perks forum where you would probably get more ideas and experiences. :p

Who serves Greenbay / Appleton? I'd build on your United Miles. IMHO, they've got better planes (E+ for elites) and a better alliance (star vs. skyteam) than Northwest. United also seems to have frequent promotions; although I don't follow NW's promos.

Check the MileagePlus website. Between credit cards, online banking, investing, etc. you could probably triple your current mileage balance without flying at all. Combine that with your planned flight activity and you'll have a nice balance in a year.

I also think United is your best bet.
