Those could be two unconnected statements, but yes, there is a blank folder.

You can read it by clicking on the topic above it, then Next Oldest Topic (or the one below and Next Newest). It's a bit odd, since the first post is also blank and was posted by someone who is unregistered and seems to have the user name "1," but there are some cute aviation haiku in the next few.

It does not seem to be part of a sinister plot.

Or by doing "view source" from within your browser, copying the URL (which has no text associated with it, which is why it doesn't have anything you can click on directly) from the source and pasting it into the location bar.
