Requesting Loyalty Program Technical Evaluation Information
 

I am doing an evaluation of what type of systems and technology is being used today to manage customer information for e-Loyalty programs. For example:
- Is their program out sourced or in sourced?
- Who manages their program (a 3rd party)?
- What type of infrastructure is used , e.g., mainframe, etc...
Does anyone out there know what airlines use today? Or the banking industry?
