C'mon, we all know that AA is VERY STINGY when it comes to these things. By all means, get tough with them. CO can be difficult at times depending on where you are departing from. I had one CO agent in BTV who falt out told me, "no flight, no credit." I called OnePass and of course got the credit. DL has always been reliable as far as giving you credit for cancelled/rebooked flights. It posts the same day as if I had taken the flight.

Yeah, I should have, but it's been about a year now since that happened. And, you're right, AA is very stingy with everything... Although, I have ran into some people there who have "helped" me get get J class opened up, so I could use awards... too bad the 20N's will become 30N's in Feb.

This is currently my situation with the Cancelled UA DFW-ORE-EWR flight on 1-02 that left me in DFW for another day. Ended up on AA.

What I did was have the UA agent fill out one of those Mileage credit forms. Then when I went to AA gave them my AAdvantage card.

For the aggrevation we go through we SHOULD GET MILES ON *BOTH AIRLINES*

And it has worked in the past. Getting both AA and DL miles on a cancelled BEaumonth-DFW
AA flight. Double credit for cancelled UA
Flight EWR-IAD -- put on CO and received BONUS MILES (I'm not going to try to find out why.) CATMAN
