Sprint Bait and Switch
 

I know this has been covered before, but I just want to vent a bit. The NW/Sprint bonus I was signed up for expired last year so I switched to MCI for another offer. Sprint called and offered me the 20,000 miles to switch. When I noticed that the bonus wasn't posting, I called Sprint. They informed me that since I hadn't not been a Sprint customer for more than 90 days, that I just reverted to the previous offer. I'll be complaining to Sprint and asking for any future offers in writing.
