Someone please help me!

Can't work out how to actually pick up my air miles that i have already received. Have flown from the Uk to Bangkok, and then from Singapore to Australia via many internal flights in and around asia. How do i therefore collect these airmiles that i should have?
Need a response quick if anyone can help!

Welcome to FT, mcowpat. I am not certain that I understand your question.

To get frequent flier miles, you must register for one or more frequent flier programs. This does not cost any money. If you have not already registered with the appropriate airlines' programs, do so quickly and you might still have time to submit the boarding passes from your previous flights to get mileage credit.

Please provide us with more information. Which airlines have you used recently? Which airlines do you plan to use in the future?

Welcome to FT mcowpat. I think you might have made a common new flyer mistake by flying first and then trying to collect the miles. Each major airline has a program that you must register with prior to flying. I know several airlines that will credit flights within the past 24 hours after you set up a frequent flyer account, but I doubt very many will give credit for retroactive flights beyond that time. You could set up frequent flyer accounts now and politely request recent flight credit by submitting boarding passes or other proof, but I doubt it will work. I sat next to a guy that told me his employer had him traveling every week for several months and that he thought the miles were being credited automatically. His boarding pass did not show a ff number, so I knew he was mistaken. Unless your frequent flyer number is showing on your boarding pass or other flight documents, you will not get credit. If you previously set up an account, you can get credit for prior flights by submitting the proof per each airline's policies. Good luck.
