I don't know how many of you are aware of this website, but it is great for sending compaints, compliments, and suggestions to any airline company, or other company.

They will help you find the company (most are listed in their database, along with the proper contacts for where letters should go), write the letter, give suggestions on formatting, give suggestions on who else should get copies of the letter, they will send it out and track it for you.

In addition, you can see what else others have written and see copies of their letters (if you choose to post them after writing them and deleting personal information).

It doesn't cost anything to use this site and it worked for me when I had some serious problems with CO. They responded quickly, in detail, and I got what I wanted to get resolved.
